As the R&D center of passive electronic components and function modules for China's market, PED Technical Center of China (PTCC) was established on October of 2002 in Being．Panasonic Electronic Devices Co., Ltd(PED) is a comprehensive component company, which will take the target of offering not only high-satisfaction components but also component solutions to the customers all over the world.



Material process technology, device integration technology, device software technology, wiring board technology, the four-core-technology of PED, which have been showing in the following illustration, will be made better use by PTCC for R&D.

Taking above such core technologies as platform of R&D, PTCC will collaborate with Panasonic group, especially the other overseas labs in Japan, Europe, North America and Singapore to provide ideal components and component solutions to world customers.

At present, China is becoming the center of the information and communication fields of the world. Under this trend, PTCC will put emphasis on such two fields to contribute to the development of China. The further details are as followed:
