Education Programs
Quality of R&D lies in talents. Besides education programs through OJT, PRDCC always holds internal and external seminars out of spontaneity of technical stuffs. Making advantages of geographical conditions of locating at the center of Zhongguancun, PRDCC invites famous professors to make speeches periodically in order to widen visions of technical stuffs.


Entertainment
PRDCC has organized various entertainment activities, including outings, New Year and mid-moon parties, games of badminton, table tennis, football, bowling and swimming. Besides, language trainings of English, Japanese and etc are also carried out to improve communication between technical stuffs.
